Modern Pentathlon Australia Announces World Cup Representatives
Modern Pentathlon Australia (MPA) is proud to announce the athletes selected to represent Australia at upcoming rounds of the 2026 UIPM World Cup Series in Cairo (Egypt), Pazardzhik (Bulgaria), and Budapest (Hungary).
The UIPM World Cup Series is the premier annual international circuit, bringing together the world’s leading modern pentathletes and providing critical international exposure in the lead-up to the LA 2028 Olympic Games.

Selection to the World Cup circuit reflects consistent domestic performance, international readiness, and the ability to compete under high-pressure championship conditions.
MPA President Maki Takken said the selections highlight the continued progression of Australia’s high-performance pathway.
“Selection to the UIPM World Cup Series is recognition of sustained commitment, professionalism, and performance. Competing at this level is critical preparation as we build towards LA 2028 and Brisbane 2032. We are confident these athletes will represent Australia with determination and integrity on the world stage.”
