Australian Duo Claims Silver at U17 Biathle World Championships

Australia has secured a podium finish at the 2025 Biathle World Championships in Mossel Bay, South Africa, with rising talents Milanke Haasbroek and Oliver Clapham winning silver in the Under-17 Mixed Relay.

Haasbroek and Clapham delivered a powerful performance against a highly competitive international field, showcasing composure, speed and teamwork on the world stage. Their result marks a strong start to Australia’s campaign in Mossel Bay and reflects the depth of emerging talent within the national program.

With all Australian athletes set to compete in tomorrow’s Individual Biathle finals, the team is building momentum for what promises to be a big day of racing.
