National Events Committee Applications Now Open

Modern Pentathlon Australia (MPA) is seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join its National Events Committee.

The Competition & Events Committee plays a vital role in overseeing and coordinating the planning, delivery, sanctioning, and evaluation of MPA competitions and events across Australia. Working closely with MPA staff, officials, event organisers, and key stakeholders, the committee helps ensure events are delivered to a high standard, align with UIPM regulations and national policies, and provide a safe, enjoyable, and professional experience for all participants.

As modern pentathlon continues to grow and evolve, the National Events Committee will play an important role in shaping the future of competition delivery in Australia. Committee members will contribute to event planning and strategy, support the development of competition pathways, review event outcomes, and help maintain best practice standards across the sport.

MPA is looking for individuals with experience or interest in event management, sports administration, officiating, competition delivery, athlete pathways, volunteer coordination, or related areas. Applications are welcomed from members across Australia who are committed to supporting the ongoing development of modern pentathlon.

This is a volunteer position and provides an excellent opportunity to contribute to the growth of the sport.
