Trialist membership
To encourage new athletes to have a go, we have created a 'trialist' membership category with a $5 membership fee.
As a trialist member, you will be entitled to compete in trialist category events (races with certificate/ribbon awards) at the 2025 Australian Laser Run Championships on 15 March in Victoria. (To be eligible to compete for a Championship medal, you must be a full member and have previously competed in a laser run event.)
When registering as a trialist, you will be prompted to select a State Association. If you are in Victoria, please select 'Modern Pentathlon Australia - board and volunteers' when prompted during the registration process. For everyone else, please select the State Association nearest to you.

Each State Association is responsible for setting its own fee structure, including discounts.

If you'd just like us to add you to our mailing list, so that you can stay up to date with what is going on, you can join as a 'stay in touch' member, with no membership fee payable. We'd love to have you in the community!
2025-26 season
Membership applications for the 2025-26 membership year will open on or shortly after 1 March 2025 and will be processed through this website (Qld, NSW, WA) or the MPV portal (Vic).
